1. Passport handover: After completing immigration and customs formalities at the airport, the passport is handed over to the representative of the Unified Agent Office, who represents the national organization for Hajj affairs.
2. Ticket handover: Pilgrims must deliver their travel tickets to the National Tawafa Organization or to the Field Service Group that provides them with services. So that the organization can attach it to their passport during their travel and send it to the Group Dispatching Control Center.
3. Comply with accommodation and transportation regulations: Bangladeshi pilgrims must strictly follow the instructions regarding their accommodation and transportation schedules to all holy sites including Jeddah, Al-Madina Al-Munawara, and Makkah Al-Mukarramah.
4. Maintaining the cleanliness of Makkah Al-Mukarramah and Al-Madinah Al-Munawwarah: The pilgrim must abide by the rules and regulations of Saudi Arabia. Pilgrims should refrain from eating or drinking in mosques, streets, public squares, or sidewalks in Makkah Al-Mukarramah and Al-Madinah Al-Munawwarah. Cleanliness and hygiene should be maintained.
5. Carrying personal information card: The pilgrim must always carry the personal information card issued by the National Tawafa Organization or the National Guide Organization of Al-Madinah Al-Munawwarah.

• In Arafat, Muzdalifah, Mina: Pilgrims should use the transport of companies and syndicates that transport pilgrims to the holy places (Arafat, Muzdalifah, Mina).
• To do in Arafat and Muzdalifah: Pilgrims should not worry if they are offered Nafra after sunset at the Arafat field and should not go out on the road until the scheduled bus for transport to Muzdalifah arrives.
• Advice for Jamarat: While going to Jamarat Bridge, one should not carry things and should not use mobile chairs. Elderly and disabled pilgrims should seek the assistance of others.
