Assalamualaikum everyone.Alhamdulillah very recently me & my wife visited Saudi Arabia to celebrate holy Umrah.The whole program was managed by Holy Tourism Bangladesh Ltd.Their performance was reasonably well & satisfactory.I think they are able to perform efficiently & would be able to do the same better in future.I wish them every success in this regard. Their service was great and my experience was very good with them especially since they notified my family on their own after reaching the destination as I couldn't able to contact them. They are friendly and responsible. Even all the services are according to expectation and the overall management is outstanding. I feel safe and secure. Most amazingly the manner and respect they showed to us is beyond expectation and rare. I pray for them to grow more and more and wish to travel once more with their agency.
